Apex Elite FX collects only the information you choose to submit.

Community enquiries

Your name, email, consent and submission date are saved so Apex Elite FX can respond to your request and provide the community updates you agreed to. Submitting this form does not trigger an immediate email or add you to a connected mailing service. You can request removal or withdraw consent by replying to any subsequent message.

Your trading journal

Signing in identifies your account through ChatGPT. Journal entries are stored against your account ID and are available only to that account. Other visitors cannot see your trades. You can export your entries or delete them individually in the dashboard.

Storage & access

Records are stored using the site’s hosting provider. This site does not execute trades. The owner’s MetaApi connection uses a read-only API token, encrypted before storage with a separate server-side key. Account snapshots and imported broker history are saved privately for the owner. Removing the connection deletes the stored token but retains imported history and review notes. MetaApi processes connection requests under its own terms and privacy policy. Please do not put passwords, account numbers or other sensitive information in journal notes.

Embedded X feed

The Daily Brief includes an embedded feed from X. Loading it connects your browser to X, which may receive device and browsing information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. You can also read posts directly on X using the links beside the feed.
